SMS Terms

1. Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number to Raquel Rojas Moran, REALTOR®, through a website form, a Meta lead form, or in person, you agree to receive text messages related to real-estate services: property matches, showing confirmations, market updates, scheduling, and general follow-up.

2. Sofia AI Assistant Disclosure

Some of the text messages you receive are generated by Sofia, an AI assistant— not a human. Sofia is trained to qualify inquiries, schedule, and route urgent matters to Raquel or a licensed teammate. You can request a human at any time by replying with “human” or “Raquel.”

3. Consent

Your consent to receive these text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 5 below). We log the exact consent text shown to you, the timestamp, the IP address (where available), and the source form or page — and we retain this record for at least four (4) years.

4. Message Frequency, Rates, and Delivery

• Message frequency varies based on your engagement (typically 1–8 messages per month).
• Message and data rates may apply, as set by your mobile carrier.
• Delivery is not guaranteed. Message delivery depends on your carrier, coverage, and device.
• Supported carriers include all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Opt Out

You can opt out at any time by:

• Replying STOP(or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message. You will receive a single confirmation that you've been removed.
• Emailing raquel.moran@bairdwarner.com with subject “SMS opt out.”

For assistance, reply HELP to any message or email the address above.

Opting out of marketing SMS does not remove transactional messages required to complete a transaction you are actively engaged in (closing-day reminders, inspection scheduling, etc.).

6. Eligible Users

You must be at least 18 years of age to consent to receive text messages from us. By providing your number, you represent that the number is yours and that you are authorized to receive SMS at that number.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page, and for ongoing subscribers, you will receive a text with a short summary and a link to the updated terms before they take effect.
